| Application effect of anesthesia nursing integrated management mode in the perioperative period of patients with hypertention |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of anesthesia nursing integrated management mode in the perioperative period of patients with hypertention.Methods Eighty cases patients with hypertension underwent operation in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected.According to the simple random grouping method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group.During the whole operation process, the control group was given routine anesthesia nursing management, while the observation group was given integrated management mode nursing.The time of anesthesia resuscitation, the incidence of complications and Steward score between two groups were observed.Results The recovery time of anesthesia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the Steward score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated management mode of anesthesia and nursing in anesthesia resuscitation room of patients with hypertension has good effect, which is helpful to the recovery of patients after anesthesia, can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and has high popularization value.
