中药灌肠结合护理干预在慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with nursing intervention in patients with chronic ulcerative colitis (UC).Methods One hundred patients with chronic UC admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into observation group and control group by principle of random control, 50 cases in each group.The two groups were given Chinese medicine enema.treatment,the control group received routine nursing, the observation group plus nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups of patients were observed, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the two groups of patients the psychological state before and after the nursing.The clinical treatment effect and the improvement time of abdominal pain, diarrhea, pus and bloody stools, mucus and anal swelling were compared between the patients of the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 98.0% in the observation group which was higher than that of 66.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）.After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those before the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05）.The improvement time of the symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine enema combined with nursing intervention for patients with chronic UC can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the psychological state, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
