| Application effect of nursing health prescription combined with targeted nursing intervention on nursing of patients with decompensated hepatitis B liver cirrhosis |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of nursing health prescription joint targeted nursing intervention in the nursing of patients in the period of hepatitis B cirrhosis loss.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,100 patients with decompensated hepatitis B liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50) according to the method of random drawing.The control group was treated with routine nursing method, and the observation group was treated with nursing health prescription combined with targeted nursing intervention.The total treatment compliance, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention, the total compliance rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before nursing, there were no significant differences in SAS, SDS scores between the two groups (P＞0.05)；but the SAS, SDS scores in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the SAS, SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing health prescription combined with targeted nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with decompensated hepatitis B liver cirrhosis can make patients more compliant with the treatment, and relieve the patients′ negative emotions, reduce the complications, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
