| Application of systemic cognitive therapy in clinical psychological nursing of patients with chronic depression |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of systemic cognitive therapy technology in clinical psychological nursing of patients with chronic depression.Methods Sixty patients with chronic depression who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing treatment, and patients in the observation group were additionally provided with systemic cognitive therapy technology on the basis of the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score,negative mood score and positive mood score, and treatment compliance after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in SDS or SAS scores before intervention between the two groups(P＞0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of patients in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistical differences in negative mood and positive mood scores before intervention in the two groups (P＞0.05).The scores of negative mood after intervention in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, the negative mood score after intervention in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the scores of positive mood after intervention in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, the positive mood score was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The treatment compliance of patients in the observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic cognitive therapy in clinical psychological nursing of patients with chronic depression can effectively improve their anxiety and depression, dispel the negative mood, and increase the treatment compliance.It is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
