复方樟柳碱注射液治疗眼底病的临床效果及对患者血液动力学的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Compound Camphorine Injection in the treatment of ocular fundus disease and its influence on hemodynamics.Methods A total of 100 patients with ocular fundus disease treated in our hospital from December 2016 to November 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Compound Camphorine Injection on the basis of the control group.The hemodynamic indexes before and after treatment, the total effective rate and visual acuity of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity,fibrinogen, erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte specific capacity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The visual acuity of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Compound Camphorine Injection in the treatment of ocular fundus diseases is significant, which can effectively improve the hemodynamic indexes of patients and promote the recovery of vision.
