| Clinical effect of Lactobacillus Vagina Capsules combined with Estradiol Valerate in the treatment of senile vaginitis |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lactobacillus Vagina Capsules combined with Estradiol Valerate in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods from January 2017 to January 2019, 62 cases of senile vaginitis patients were selected as the research subjects, according to the number of blind choice method, they were divided into control group (31 cases) and observation group (31 cases).The control group was treated with Estradiol Valerate, the observation group was treated with Lactobacillus Vagina Capsules combined with Estradiol Valerate, the estrogen levels, vaginal pH change, total effective rate of treatment, the total rate of relapse were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in serum estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), follicle-forming hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) between the two groups (P＞0.05).The vaginal pH value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Lactobacillus Vagina Capsules combined with Estradiol Valerate in senile vaginitis patients can reduce the vaginal pH value of the patients, improve the total effective rate of treatment, reduce the recurrence rate, and have little effect on the estrogen level of the patients.
