Abstract Cerebral amyloid angiopathy-related inflammation is an uncommon subtype of cerebral amyloid angiopathy,manifested as cognitive impairment, mental and behavioral abnormalities, focal neurological deficits, and epilepsy.Clinical diagnosis is often based on clinical manifestations, cerebrospinal fluid, gene and imaging examinations.Cerebral amyloid angiopathy-related inflammation mainly includes two pathological types: inflammatory cerebral amyloid angiopathy and Aβ-related angiitis, which can often be improved after treatment with hormones and immunosuppressants.This article consults the latest literature data, summarizes and analyzes its etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
