正清风痛宁定向透药治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的效果

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning oriented permeation on early type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods From April 2018 to March 2019，60 patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted to the nephrotic endocrinology department of our hospital were selected as research objects，and randomly divided into control group（30 cases）and treatment group（30 cases）according to the treatment sequence.Patients in the control group were given basic treatment for diabetic nephropathy，while patients in the treatment group were treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning oriented permeation therapy on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER），24h urine protein quantification，urinary β2 microglobulin（β2-MG），serum albumin（ALB），prealbumin（PA），glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups，and the total effective rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The UAER，24h urine protein，β2-MG，HbA1c levels of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment，ALB，PA were higher than before treatment，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.After treatment，UAER，24h urine protein and β2-MG of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group，ALB and PA were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in HbA1c between the two groups after treatment（P＞0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.One case of mild rash occurred in the control group，and the experiment was continued after anti-allergy and antipruritic treatment.No obvious adverse reactions were found in the observation group.Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning oriented permeation has the effects of obviously reducing urine protein content of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients，improving renal tubular function，improving nutritional indicators of patients，etc.，and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
