无创呼吸机辅助通气在青少年阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征中的应用效果

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of non-invasive ventilator assisted ventilation in adolescent obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）.Methods A total of 72 patients with adolescent OSAHS admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into study group（36 cases）and control group（36 cases）according to the random number table method.The control group received routine treatment.The study group was treated with non-invasive ventilator assisted ventilation.The sleep monitoring，inflammatory factor levels，and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in oxygen index（ODI），respiratory disorder index（AHI），mean oxygen saturation（MSpO2），minimum oxygen saturation（LSpO2），serum C-reactive protein（CRP），and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α），endothelin-1（ET-1）levels，and Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI）scores before intervention（P＞0.05）.After intervention，the ODI，AHI，and TNF-α，ET-1，CRP levels and PSQI scores were lower than those before the intervention，MSpO2 and LSpO2 were higher than before the intervention in the two groups，and the ODI，AHI，TNF-α，ET-1，CRP levels and PSQI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group，MSpO2 and LSpO2 were higher than those of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator assisted ventilation in the treatment of adolescent OSAHS can improve sleep monitoring data while reducing the body′s inflammatory response，so that patients have better sleep quality.
