胸腺肽肠溶片联合聚乙二醇干扰素对慢性肝炎患者的治疗效果及其相关指标的影响

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Thymosin Enteric-coated Tablets combined with Pegylated Interferon on serum CXC chemokine receptor 3（CXCR3），chemokine receptor 6（CCR6），interleukin 2（IL-2），liver function indicators and soluble ligand levels in patients with chronic hepatitis.Methods Seventy-four patients with chronic hepatitis who were admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into observation group（n=37）and control group（n=37）according to random number table method.In the control group，Thymosin Enteric-coated Tablets alone was used，while in the observation group，Thymosin Enteric-coated Tablets combined with Pegylated Interferon was adopted.The level of virological indicators of CXCR3，CCR6，albumin（ALB），total bilirubin（TBil），alanine aminotransferase（ALT），hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid（HBV-DNA），hepatitis B surface antigen（HBsAg），and E antigen of hepatitis B（HBeAg）after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The CXCR3 and CCR6 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the serum IL-2 level was lower than that in the control group; the ALB level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group; the levels of TBil，ALT，HBV-DNA，HBsAg and HBeAg were lower than those in the control group after treatment，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The levels of CXCR3，CCR6 and serum IL-2 in patients with chronic hepatitis treated with Thymosin Enteric-coated Tablets combined with Pegylated Interferon are effectively reduced，and the liver function and soluble ligand levels are markedly improved with a definite effect.
