| Application effect of multi-department cooperation model in orthopedic operating room for orthopedic nurses |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of multi-department cooperation model in orthopedic operating room for orthopedic nurses. Methods A total of 62 orthopedic operating room nurses in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects, they were divided into pre-application group and post-application group according to whether the multi-department collaboration model of the orthopedic operating room was used, with 31 cases in each group. The pre-application group adopted the conventional orthopaedic operating room scheme, and the post-application group adopted the orthopedic operating room multi-department synergy model. The total satisfaction of medical staff and patients were compared between the two groups. The assessment eligibility rates of the nursing staff of professional groups were compare between the two groups. The quality of work between the two groups of device caregivers and roving caregivers were compared. Results The total satisfaction of the physicians and anesthesiologists in the post-application group was 97.50%, the total satisfaction of the nursing staff was 94.79%, and the total satisfaction of the patients was 98.33%, which were higher than the pre-application groups′ 78.75%, 82.29%, and 92.50%, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The qualified rate of the professional group nursing staff in the postapplication group was 89.51%, which was higher than 76.23% in the pre-application group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The equipment nurses and roving nurses in the post-application group had a higher rate of complete equipment preparation and timely, accurate delivery of equipment, skilled and accurate in instrument operation than the pre-application group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The multi-department collaboration model of the orthopedic operating room can strengthen the operating level of the nursing staff in the operating room, and improve the satisfaction of the medical staff and the patients.
