| Application of seamless nursing mode in minimally invasive puncture of elderly patients with intracranial hemorrhage after intracerebral hemorrhage |

Abstract Objective To explore the application of seamless nursing mode in minimally invasive puncture of elderly patients with intracranial hemorrhage after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,62 patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases) according to the random number table method. The observation group was used seamless nursing mode, the control group was used conventional nursing mode. The quality of life (OLI) score, Zung′s anxiety scale (SAS) score, and the total incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of physical function, psychological function, social function and material life status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The SAS score in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.45%, which was lower than 32.25% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The seamless nursing model will be scientifically evaluated in advance, and different plans will be formulated to improve the patients′ negative emotions, correct poor daily life styles, optimize patients′ quality of life,and reduce the postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
