| Effect of non-vomiting ward nursing mode on nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy for lung cancer |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of non-vomiting ward nursing mode on nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy for lung cancer. Methods A total of 140 lung cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects, they were divided into control group （70 cases）and study group（70 cases） according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the study group were given non-vomiting ward nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The nausea and vomiting grade, vomiting quality control score and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The grade of nausea and vomiting in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The grade and satisfaction scores of vomiting on the day of chemotherapy,vomiting on the first day after chemotherapy, the most severe vomiting after chemotherapy, non-vomiting treatment,vomiting care and vomiting control in the study group were all lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The non-vomiting ward nursing for patients with lung cancer chemotherapy can not only alleviate the nausea and vomiting of patients, but also has a high degree of total nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of widely used in clinical practice.
