| Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on perioperative period of inguinal hernia in children |

Abstract Objective To explorethe application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention inperioperative period of inguinal hernia in children. Methods A total of 86 children with inguinal herniain in our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as research objects. The children were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. After the completion of the nursing work, the nursing effect was evaluated from the preoperative psychological anxiety score, surgical incision length, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain score. Results The anxiety scores of the observation group 30 min before surgery and 3 min before anesthesia were lower than those of the control group, the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group, and the pain scores at 6, 12 h and 1 d after surgery were lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion The method of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the preoperative anxiety and postoperative pain of children, and the intraoperative blood loss is significantly reduced,the nursing effect is significant.
