超声引导射频消融联合米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation（RFA）combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods One hundred patients with adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into surgical non-drug treatment group and surgical combined drug treatment group,50 cases in each group.The surgical non-medication treatment group in the operation did not use drug therapy after RFA of adenomyosis.The surgery combined drug treatment group was treated with RFA of adenomyosis and treated with Mifepristone.The therapeutic effects,the amount of menstruation before and after treatment,the volume of uterus before and after treatment,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of surgery combined drug treatment was higher than that of surgical non-medical treatment group,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in uterine volume between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume of the two groups was smaller than that before the treatment.The uterus volume of the surgical combined drug treatment group was smaller than that of the non-medical treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the amount of menstrual blood between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume of both groups was less than that before treatment,and the amount of surgery combined drug treatment group was less than that of surgical nonmedical treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The complication rate was 2%(1/50)in the surgical combination treatment group lower than 18%(9/50)in the surgical non-medical treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Adenomyosis with RFA combined with Mifepristone is effective,and can achieve ideal results,reduce menstrual flow and reduce uterine volume,reduce the complications.
