隔姜灸治疗尿潴留的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of moxibustion with ginger in the treatment of urinary retention.Methods A total of 100 patients with urinary retention treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as research objects. According to the computer randomized method, they were divided into the experimental group (n=50) and the control group (n=50). The control group was treated with catheter indwelling conservatively, while the experimental group was treated with catheter indwelling combined with ginger moxibustion. The treatment effect, disease recurrence rate, urination function score, residual urine volume and the time required for the first selfurination were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate (90.00%) in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (70.00%), with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the residual urine volume, micturition function scores between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). The residual urine volume in the two groups after treatment was less than that before treatment, and the micturition function score was lower than that before treatment, and the residual urine volume after treatment in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, the micturition function score was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The time required for self-urination for the first time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The disease recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment with ginger moxibustion in patients with urinary retention can promote the remission of disease symptoms and improve the function of urination. It is easy to operate, economical and practical.
