集束化护理在微波消融术治疗甲状腺良性结节患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of cluster nursing on patients with benign thyroid nodules treated bymicrowave ablation.Methods According to the nursing program,a total of 115 patients with benign thyroid nodules treated by microwave ablation in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=60).Patients in the control group were nursed with routine nursing,while in the observation group,cluster nursing was added besides the routine nursing.The short-from 36 health survey scale(SF-36)scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,neck swelling incidence and other indicatorswere compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of the SF-36 dimensions between the two groups at admission(P＞0.05).On the 3rd postoperative day,the scores of body pain,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of the three dimensions of scores of physiological functioning,physical role and general health status(P＞0.05).The scores of the SF-36 on the 3rd postoperative day were lower than those at admission,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups at admission(P＞0.05).On the 3rd day after operation,the SASand SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SASand SDS scores of the 3rd day after operation were lower than those at admission,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 10 h after operation,the incidence of neck swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differencewas statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing is effective in patients with benign thyroid nodules treated bymicrowave ablation,which can improve the quality of life,improve anxiety and depression,and reduce the incidence of postoperative neck swelling.
