针药结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility.Methods A total of 96 with ovulatory disorder infertility treated in Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to October 2017 were enrolled.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,48 cases in each group.In the control group,oral administration of Chinese herbalmedicine Laishi Yiyun Formula combined with intramuscular injection of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin(HCG)were used.In the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,Tongyuan acupuncture was added.The clinical efficacy,cervical mucus score,endometrial type A rate,endometrial spiral artery pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in ovulation rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 70.8%,which was significantly higher than thatof the control group accounting for 43.8%with statistical difference(P＜0.01).The cervicalmucus score and endometrial A rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the endometrial spiral artery PIand RIwere lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbalmedicine can significantly enhance the ovulation-promoting effect on ovulatory disorder infertility,improve its cervicalmucus score and endometrial receptivity,regulate its reproductive endocrine function,and increase its pregnancy rate.Its effect is better than Chinese herbal intervention alone,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
