Nd：YAG激光在单根管联合Vitapex糊剂治疗根尖周囊肿中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of Nd:YAG laser in single root canal combined with Vitapex paste treating periapical cysts.Methods A total of 100 patients(100 teeth)with periapical cysts from January 2016 to June 2019 treated by single root canal in Huaxia Stomatological Hospital of Suzhou City were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the selected patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single root canal combined with Vitapex paste,while the observation group was treated with Nd:YAG laser irradiation on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in themastication score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).Themastication scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,themastication score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction occurring during the treatment period in both groups.Conclusion The application effect of Nd:YAG laser in single root canal combined with Vitapex paste treating periapical cysts is remarkable and worthy of clinical promotion.
