右美托咪定与丙泊酚在腔镜下甲状腺次全切术后患者中的应用效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the application effect of Dexmedetomidine and Propofol in patients undergoing endoscopic subtotal thyroidectomy. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing endoscopic subtotal thyroidectomy who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was intravenously anesthetized with Propofol after surgery, and the observation group was intravenously anesthetized with Dexmedetomidine. The heart rate and mean arterial pressure at different time points between two groups after surgery were compared. The wake-up time, extubation time, Ramsay sedation score, and agitation (RS)score were compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate and mean arterial pressure at T1, T2, and T3 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The wake-up time and extubation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The Ramsay sedation score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the RS score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine sedation during the awakening period after subtotal thyroidectomy can stabilize the patients′ heart rate and mean arterial pressure, shorten the patients′ wake-up time and extubation time, improve the patients′ sedation and reduce the degree of restlessness, it is worthy of clinical application.
