Application effect of target-controlled infusion of Sufentanil combined with Propofol in laparoscopic general anesthesia |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of target-controlled infusion of Sufentanil combined with Propofol in laparoscopic general anesthesia. Methods A total of 60 cases of laparoscopic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases each group. The observation group received target-controlled infusion of Sufentanil combined with Propofol, while the control group received constant speed injection of Fentanyl combined with Propofol. The perioperative hemodynamic fluctuation, postoperative anesthesia recovery and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 10 min after anesthesia induction and after 20 min of surgery, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in MAP and HR between the two groups 10 min before anesthesia induction and 20 min after surgery (P>0.05).The recovery time of spontaneous breathing after surgery and extubation time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In laparoscopic general anesthesia, Sufentanil combined with Propofol target controlled infusion anesthesia has low hemodynamic fluctuation, more stable anesthesia process, which can shorten postoperative wake time, has lower incidence of adverse reactions and good anesthesia effect.
