贴敷式胰岛素泵与传统胰岛素泵治疗老年糖尿病患者的效果比较

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effects of sticking type of insulin pump and traditional insulin pump in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus (SDM).Methods From January 2018 to May 2019, 60 SDM treat in Yingtan People′s Hospital, Jiangxi Province were selected and divided into study group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to the different insulin pumps used.The study group was treated with sticking type of insulin pump while the control group were treated with traditional insulin pump.The effects of blood glucose control before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment, time for blood glucose level reaching the standard, dosage of insulin when blood glucose reached the standard, treatment compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose, blood glucose at 2 h after breakfast, blood glucose before sleeping and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were lower than those in the control group after 2 weeks of treatment (P＜0.05).The time for blood glucose level reaching the standard in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the dosage of insulin when blood glucose reached the standard was less than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The scores of treatment compliance scale and satisfaction scale of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin pump in the treatment of SDM patients has good blood sugar control effect, and the dosage of insulin is small.It can effectively improve patients′ coordination degree, satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia events.
