万向锁定掌侧钢板内固定治疗对AO-C型桡骨远端骨折患者腕关节功能的影响

Abstract Objective To study the effect of universal locking volar plate internal fixation on wrist function in patients with AO-C type distal radius fracture. Methods A total of 59 patients with AO-C type distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study. The two-color ball method was used to divide group A (n=29, common locking plate internal fixation) and group B (n=30, universal locking volar plate internal fixation treatment). The operation related indexes, callus appearance time, fracture line disappearance time, wrist joint function score and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in group B was less than that in group A; the time of operation and hospitalization in group B were shorter than those in group A; the time of callus appearance and fracture line disappearance in group B were shorter than those in group A;the score of wrist joint function such as pain, functional state, mobility and grip strength in group B were higher than those in group A; the total incidence of complications in group B was lower than that in group A, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of AO-C type distal radius fracture, the application of universal locking volar plate internal fixation can reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation, shorten the operation time, hospitalization time, callus appearance time, fracture line disappearance time, and help to restore the wrist movement and grip strength of the patients.
