奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果

Abstract Objective To discuss the clinical effect of auxiliary filling with Ornidazole Mixture in the treatment of endodontic disease.Methods A total of 130 endodontic disease patients treated from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected as research subjects.Patients were randomly assigned to control group (n=65) and test group(n=65) according to the random grouping mode of the computer terminal.The control group was filled with dry pulp agent; the test group was filled with Ornidazole Mixture.After systematic therapy, the comprehensive effects, 3-month treatment prognosis and overall adverse reactions rate were compared.Results The clinical effective rate in the test group (96.92%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);the overall adverse reactions rate in the test group (3.07%) was lower than that in the control group (27.69%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the chewing efficiency and occlusal force in the test group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the activity of daily living scores in the test group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Theauxiliary filling with Ornidazole Mixture has better effect on endodontic disease, which can reduce the adverse reactions, promote the chewing function recovery and improve the activity of daily living.It can be feasibly applied in clinical practice.
