床旁留置空肠营养管在危重症患者肠内营养治疗中的临床效果

Abstract Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bedside jejunal nutrition tube for enteral nutrition treatment in critical patients. Methods A total of 162 critical patients who received enteral nutrition treatment from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into control group (n=81) and study group (n=81) according to the random number table method. The control group received conventional nasogastric tube nutrition support. The study group was intervened with a bedside jejunal nutrition tube. The tube indwelling time, ICU stay, nutritional index level before and after catheterization and complications of catheterization were compared between the two groups. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated. Results The ICU stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the catheterization time between the two groups (P＞0.05). The levels of hemoglobin (Hb), prealbumin (PA) and serum albumin (ALB) before intervention showed no significant differences (P＞0.05). The levels of Hb, PA and ALB in the study group after intervention were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The beside jejunal nutrition tube can effectively shorten the ICU stay, and effectively improve the nutritional indicators of Hb, PA and ALB in patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and is worth promoting.
