Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course high-quality nursing in laser treatment of children with facial and neck hemangioma. Methods A total of 72 children with congenital hemangioma who underwent laser treatment in our hospital were selected as the treatment objects from March 2018 to February 2019. The children were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 36 cases in each group. The control group of childrens were used conventional nursing, the observation group take the whole quality nursing intervention. After the completion of nursing, the nursing effect was compared from the satisfaction score of the family members of the children on the nursing, the adverse reactions of the children in the nursing process and the rehabilitation effect after nursing. Results The business quality, psychological care and work efficiency satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The whole-course high-quality nursing mode can effectively improve the satisfaction of children′s family members on nursing work, reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, and improve the rehabilitation effect of children.
