| Application effect of brachial plexus combined with superficial cervical plexus block anesthesia in patients undergoing clavicular fracture surgery |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of brachial plexus combined with superficial cervical plexus block anesthesia in patients undergoing clavicular fracture surgery. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 36 patients with clavicular fracture treated in department of orthopaedic in our hospital were selected as observation objects. They were divided into control group (18 cases) and experimental group (18 cases) with different operative anesthesia methods. The control group was treated with simple superficial cervical plexus block anesthesia, and the experimental group was treated with brachial plexus block anesthesia combined with superficial cervical plexus block anesthesia. Diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation and other vital signs after anesthesia were compared between the two groups. The anesthetic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The vital signs such as diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group 15 minutes after anesthesia, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). At the same time, the diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation of patients in the two groups were all higher 15 min after anesthesia than that before anesthesia in the two groups, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The excellent and good rate of operation anesthesia in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The brachial plexus combined with superficial cervical plexus block anesthesia for clavicular fracture patients can achieve ideal anesthetic effect, and the safety of anesthesia is high, so it has the value of popularization and application.
