以问题为导向的护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of problem-oriented nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).Methods A total of 80 patients with GDM admitted to Yunfu Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from May 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received problem-oriented nursing intervention.The compliance behavior, blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results Treatment compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The values of fasting blood glucose (Glu), 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in the observation group after nursing intervention were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse birth outcomes in the observation group was 15%, lower than that in the control group 50%, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of patients with GDM combined with problem-oriented nursing intervention can improve patients′ medical compliance and significantly improve maternal pregnancy outcomes, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
