| Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cardiac arrest caused by malignant arrhythmia |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cardiac arrest caused by malignant arrhythmia.Methods From February 2017 to January 2019, 98 patients with cardiac arrest caused by malignant arrhythmia treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=49)and observation group (n=49).The control group was treated with routine nursing method, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The success rate of rescue, the recovery time of vital signs and the quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The initial rescue success rate and complete rescue success rate in the observation group were 81.63% and 57.14%, respectively, which were higher than those in the control group (38.78% and 20.41%), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The recovery time of autologous circulation (40.27±9.45), autogous respiration (29.37±6.88) min, sinus rhythm (2.77±0.58)min, which were shorter than those of the control group (102.59±22.67), (146.34±31.37) and (5.13±1.20) min, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Observation group consciousness (14.82±7.25), limb activity (16.81±5.76), social function (14.67±8.64)and environment field (12.38±5.24) point were higher than those in the control group (9.16±5.22), (11.03±4.28),(10.16±5.97) and (8.16±4.33) point, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Due to malignant arrhythmia, comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the success rate of initial rescue and complete rescue, and shorten the recovery time of vital signs, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
