| Application effect of diversified nursing intervention in patients with hand and foot trauma |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of diversified nursing intervention in patients with hand and foot trauma.Methods A total of 116 cases of hand and foot trauma wounds admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to November 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the stratified randomization method, they were divided into observation group (58 cases) and the control group (58 cases).The observation group used diversified nursing intervention, and the control group used traditional nursing intervention, the quality of life scores (life satisfaction, energy index, health index), complication rate, and functional recovery rate were compared between two groups.Results Life satisfaction, energy index and health index score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The excellent rate of functional recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing intervention methods can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with hand and foot trauma, and ensure that patients′ function recovery is good.It is worthy of promotion.
