阿帕替尼在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用研究进展

Abstract In recent years, the application of molecular targeting therapy in the treatment of malignant tumors has increased rapidly, which is considered to be an effective way to treat malignant tumors.Vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptors play important roles in tumor neovascularization,which is closely related to tumor growth and metastasis.Apatinib Mesylate is a new type of anti-angiogenic drug, which can inhibit tumor angiogenesis and the growth of tumor by highly selective binding and inhibition of vascular endothelial growth factor-2 (VEGF-2).Apatinib Mesylate has considerable objective response rate and survival benefit in several clinical studies of gastric cancer and non-small cell lung cancer and has been approved for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer in 2014.At present, the clinical researches on Apatinib in the treatment of gastric cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer and other tumors are being actively carried out, which is hoping to provide a new choice for the treatment of malignant tumors.
