| Application effect of psychological nursing and corresponding nursing measures of cephalopelvic disproportion in parturient women during trial delivery |

Abstract Objective To explore the psychological nursing and the corresponding nursing measures of cephalopelvic disproportion in parturient women during trial delivery.Methods From January 2012 to January 2016,100 cases of parturients admitted to our hospital with unknown cephalopelvic disproportion during the trial labor were selected as the research objects.All of them were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,the observation group was treated with conventional nursing and corresponding nursing measures.The duration of labor,postpartum blood loss,success rate of trial labor and cesarean section were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the natural delivery rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the postpartum blood loss was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Through understanding the occurrence of cephalopelvic disproportion in trial birth,finding out the reason,giving psychological nursing and corresponding nursing measures,cephalopelvic disproportion is significantly improved,effectively shorten the duration of labor,reduce postpartum blood loss,improve the rate of natural birth,greatly reduce the rate of cesarean section.
