| Effect of comprehensive nursing measures on delayed recovery after general anesthesia in patients undergoing lobectomy |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on delayed recovery after general anesthesia in patients undergoing lobectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent lobectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method,it was divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures,strictly observing the condition of the disease,maintaining the circulatory and respiratory functions of the patients,ensuring the warmth and rewarming of the patients,and strengthening safety nursing measures.The delayed recovery rate,recovery time and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the delayed recovery rate of the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(18.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The recovery time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (56.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures applied to patients after pulmonary lobectomy after general anesthesia,can effectively reduce the incidence of delayed recovery,shorten the recovery time,and significantly improve patients′satisfaction with nursing work,for patients to safely pass the delayed recovery period has a good effect.
