[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of self-made Huayu Quyu Tongmai Decoction on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 82 patients with coronary heart disease with unstable angina treated in our hospital from June 2016 to January 2018 were selected as study subjects and divided into experimental group(41 cases)and control group (41 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the experimental group were treated with self-made Huatan Quyu Tongmai Decoction for treatment,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment effect,the number of episodes of angina pectoris,the duration of angina pectoris,the score of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)clinical symptoms,and the hemorheological indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total therapeutic rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of episodes of angina pectoris in the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of angina pectoris in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM clinical symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemorheology indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Huayu Quyu Tongmai Decoction is effective in treating unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.The number of episodes of angina pectoris is reduced,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
