袋鼠式护理在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of kangaroo nursing in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,76 cases of neonatal with HIE were selected as the research objects,according to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the experimental group on the basis of the control group was given kangaroo care,born at the time of 2 weeks and 1 month neural development situation,the physical development of 40 d of birth and malnutrition between two groups were compared.Results The behavioral ability,passive muscle tone,active muscle tone,original reflex and general reflex of the two groups were higher at 1 month after birth than those at 2 weeks after birth,and at the same time,behavioral ability,passive muscle tone,active muscle tone,original reflex and general reflex of the children in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The weight growth,height growth and head circumference growth of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of malnutrition in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Kangaroo nursing for neonates with HIE has better clinical effect,can significantly promote the neurological development of patients,improve the physique,reduce the incidence of malnutrition in neonates,worthy of clinical promotion.
