改良早期预警评分在儿童毛细支气管炎护理中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of modified early warning score (MEWS) in the nursing of children with bronchiolitis.Methods Eighty-eight children with bronchiolitis in children admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University,from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,44 cases in each group.The routine nursing intervention was performed on both groups.The observation group was given MEWS mechanism and early warning nursing measures.The time of symptom resolution,time of hospitalization,total incidence of complications and total family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of symptom resolution and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total family satisfaction of children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of MEWS mechanism in the care of children with bronchiolitis and the early warning nursing measures can shorten the time of symptom resolution and hospitalization,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of children′s families,which is worthy of clinical application.
