| Application effect of comfortable nursing in perioperative period of cesarean section |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in the perioperative period of cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 parturients with cesarean section from January to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomized control,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine perinatal nursing,while the observation group carried out perioperative comfort nursing on this basis.The changes of mental state before and after intervention,recovery after operation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,with significant differences (P＜0.05).The anal exhaust time,lactation time and the first time out of bed activity time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group,the pain score and comfort score after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the hospitalization time after operation was shorter than that of the control group,with significant differences (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of maternal nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can improve the psychological state of cesarean section women,promote the recovery after operation,and improve the quality of nursing service,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
