电针配合中药熏蒸治疗肩周炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods Sixty patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as subjects.By computer numbering,they were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to odd or even number.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the observation group was added with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The total effectiveness rate,pain degree,activity of daily living and shoulder joint recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate was 100.00% in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 86.67%,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The visual analogue scale (VAS) score for pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The improved Barthel index daily living ability scale (MBI) score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significan (P＜0.05).After treatment,the anterior flexion,posterior extension,abduction,internal rotation and external rotation of the shoulder range of motion scale (ROM) scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for scapulohumeral periarthritis can remarkably improve the patients′ limb numbness and swelling,relieve pain and improve the daily activities of patients.
