头孢呋辛钠联合三拗片治疗肺气肿合并感染的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Cefuroxime Sodium combined with San′ao Tablet in the treatment of emphysema complicated with infection.Methods A total of 180 patients with emphysema complicated with infection treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were divided into control group and observation group by simple randomization method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cefuroxime Sodium,while the observation group was treated with Cefuroxime Sodium combined with San′ao Tablets.The total effective rate,improvement of lung function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of partial pressure of arterial oxygen (PaO2) and expiratory lolume in the first second (FEV1) in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Cefuroxil Sodium combined with San′ao Tablets in treating patients with emphysema and infection is significant,reducing the total incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of cinical application.
