丁苯酞软胶囊在缺血性脑血管疾病患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods Sixty patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases) according to the odd even grouping method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.The USA national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS)score,Barthel index (BI),the number of circulating endothelial progenitor cells,the number of migrating cells and the level of inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,BI was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the number of circulating endothelial progenitor cells and migration cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion It can effectively improve the neurological function,improve the quality of life and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical application.
