右佐匹克隆治疗失眠症的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Eszopiclone in the treatment of insomnia.Methods A total of 80 insomniacs treated in the outpatient department of our hospital from October 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Astazolam Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Eszopiclone.The clinical efficacy,Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) changes,sleep status questionnaire (SRSS) scores and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,compared with 82.05% of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).The scores of sleep time,sleep time,sleep disorder,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep drugs,daytime function and total scores of PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The SRSS scores of the observation group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Eszopiclone is effective in the treatment of insomnia,and can effectively improve the quality of sleep,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower,which has positive clinical significance.
