Effect of Danhong Injection and Naoxintong Capsules on serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein and blood lipid in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danhong Injection combined with Naoxintong Capsules in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 160 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects,and divided into study group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The study group was treated with Danhong Injection and Naoxintong Capsules on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),and blood lipid levels of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in TNF-α and hs-CRP between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).The tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and hypersensitive hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The TNF-α and hs-CRP levels in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).After treatment,the TG and TC in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The TG,TC and LDL-C after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Danhong Injection combined with Naoxintong Capsules can reduce serum hs-CRP,TG and TC levels,inhibit inflammation and improve blood lipid levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
