| Clinical effect of Atorvastatin Calcium combined with Ezeimaibu in the treatment of coronary heart disease |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Atorvastatin Calcium combined with Ezeimaibu in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods From May 2016 to March 2019,160 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The patients of the two groups were treated with routine coronary heart disease,on the basis of routine treatment,patients in the control group were given Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets for intensive treatment,while patients in the experimental group were treated with Ezetimib Tablets on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The indexes of cardiac function (left ventricular ejection fraction [LVEF],left ventricular enddiastolic diameter [LVDD],creatine kinase isoenzyme [CK-MB],cardiac troponin I [cTnI],blood lipid before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of LVEF and cTnI in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The LVDD and CK-MB in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the intensive treatment with Atorvastatin Calcium alone,Atorvastatin Calcium combined with Ezetimibe Tablets has a significant effect on coronary heart disease.It can promote the improvement of cardiac function and blood lipid metabolism in patients with coronary heart disease.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
