血清胱抑素C、同型半胱氨酸与颈动脉不稳定斑块相关性的研究进展

Abstract Carotid atherosclerotic plaques can be divided into stable plaques and unstable plaques (vulnerable plaques). Cerebral infarction caused by falling off of unstable carotid plaque,especially large atherosclerotic cerebral infarction. At present,the research shows that cystatin C (Cyst-C) and homocysteine (Hcy) may be high risk factors of carotid atherosclerosis,and high levels of Cyst-C and Hcy may be related to the occurrence and development of unstable carotid plaque. To explore the formation mechanism of carotid unstable plaque is beneficial to the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of cerebrovascular events. At present,the correlation between serum Cyst-C,Hcy and carotid unstable plaque is a research hotspot,but there is no unified conclusion. Therefore,the paper reviewed the correlation between serum Cyst-C,Hcy and carotid unstable plaque in recent years.
