Application effect of balloon bionic midwifery in epidural anesthesia for analgesia in delivery women |

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of balloon bionic midwifery in epidural anesthesia for analgesia in delivery women.Methods A total of 5440 patients with cesarean section indications,pregnancy complications,single-fetal in head position,contraindications for spinal anesthesia,and the requirement of self-controlled epidural anesthesia were enrolled in our hospital from January to December in 2017.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by a random number table method,with 2720 cases in each group.Both groups underwent epidural anesthesia for analgesia.In the control group,baloon bionic midwifery was not applied,while in the observation group,balloon bionic midwifery was performed.The use of Oxytocin,the time of labor,delivery mode,and postpartum hemorrhage in the two groups were compared.Results The labor time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group was less than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower,and the natural delivery rate was higher compared with those of the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The use rate of Oxytocin in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Balloon bionic midwifery combined with self-control epidural anesthesia for delivery can increase the vaginal delivery rate,shorten the labor stages,reduce the use of oxytocin and postpartum hemorrhage,decrease the cesarean section rate and improve the quality of obstetrics.
