新麦角新碱联合缩宫素在子宫瘢痕妊娠清宫术后的应用

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of New Ergometrine and Oxytocin in the treatment of postoperative uterine scar pregnancy curettage.Methods A total of 48 patients with uterine scar pregnancy treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the lots drawing,they were divided into the control group(n=23)and the study group(n=25).In the control group,Oxytocin alone was used,while in the study group,Oxytocin combined with New Ergometrine was adopted.The incidence rate of postoperative bleeding,hysterectomy rate,intraoperative and postoperative bleeding volume and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of postoperative bleeding in the study group was lower than that of the control group,the amount of blood loss during operation,2 hours and 24 hours after surgery of the study group were significantly less than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of hysterectomy or the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of New Ergometrine combined with Oxytocin after uterine scar pregnancy curettage can decrease the incidence of postoperative hemorrhage,and reduce the amount of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding with few adverse reactions,which is of great value for retaining fertility.
