内固定术联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗老年人桡骨远端骨折的临床效果

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation combined with anti-osteoporosis drugs in the treatment of distal radius fracture in the elderly.Methods All of 80 elderly patients with distal radius fracture treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into the study group (40 cases)and control group (40 cases)according to the parallel control method.The study group was treated with internal fixation combined with anti-osteoporosis drugs,while the control group was treated with internal fixation alone.The fracture healing time,BMD value,wrist joint function score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The healing time of fracture in the study group was shorter than that in the control group (t=26.249,P=0.000).BMD in the study group was higher than that in the control group at 6 months and 12 months after operation(t=2.626,2.975,P=0.005,0.002).Cooney wrist joint function score in the study group was higher than that in the control group at 6 months and 12 months after operation (t=11.452,22.289,P=0.000,0.002).The excellent and good rate of the study group(92.50%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(χ2=4.501,P=0.034).Conclusion Internal fixation combined with anti-osteoporosis drugs in the treatment of distal radius fracture in the elderly can better improve bone mineral density and joint function,promote fracture healing as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
