| Effect of whole course continuous midwifery nursing in vaginal delivery in second pregnancy after cesarean section |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of whole course continuous midwifery nursing in vaginal delivery in second pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods From January 2017 to July 2018,208 pregnant women with vaginal delivery after cesarean section were selected as the study objects.They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to random number table method,104 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine segmental midwifery nursing,while the experimental group was given whole course continuous midwifery nursing.The natural delivery rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and fetal distress rate were observed and compared between the two groups.The time of delivery was recorded and the satisfaction of the two groups was investigated.Results The natural delivery rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,while the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and fetal distress was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The average duration of labor in the experimental group was(10.4±2.3)h,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(12.7±2.8)h(P＜0.05).The satisfaction degree of the pregnant women in the experimental group was 94.23%,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group(76.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous midwifery nursing can promote natural delivery,shorten the time of labor,reduce complications such as postpartum hemorrhage and fetal distress,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
