| Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative comfort degree of children with limbs fracture |

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the postoperative comfort of degree children with limbs fracture.Methods A total of 62 cases of orthopedic surgery were collected from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,31 cases in each group.The control group was used routine nursing,and the observation group was used comprehensive nursing intervention,the postoperative anxiety degree,pain improvement degree and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The anxiety score of the observation group was (37.62±4.21)point,which was lower than that of the control group(45.36±4.62)point,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The observation group pain score was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than the control group of 67.74%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the postoperative nursing of children with limbs fracture has remarkable effect and has the value of clinical use.
