护理干预在促进深度烧伤患者术后功能性恢复和降低疼痛程度中的作用

Abstract Objective To explore the role of nursing intervention in postoperative functional recovery and reducing the degree of pain in patients with deep burn.Methods A total of 46 patients with deep burn in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,23 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given burn nursing routine,and the patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention on the basis of the routine burn care.The postoperative functional recovery rate,pain degree,infection rate and wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative functional recovery rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 73.91%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Before nursing intervention,the two groups had no statistically significant difference between patients with VAS score(P＞0.05）.The VAS scores of two groups after nursing were significantly lower than before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The VAS score of the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with deep burn can improve postoperative functional recovery of patients,reduce pain degree and accelerate the healing time of wounds and infection rate,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
